Westgard, Chuck

Chuck’s career in business spans more than thirty-seven years, focusing primarily in the Real Estate and Development sector. Chuck has directed and been involved in the development and sales of over 2,000 residential and commercial units in both Canada and the United States. Using his years of experience in the industry, Chuck was motivated to create his own brokerage that he and his family could work out of for years to come, as family is very important to him. 

Growing up, Chuck was a highly skilled athlete, becoming a pitcher for the Canadian National Baseball team as well as for the New York Yankees minor leagues. He likes to tie in his experience from high level sport to his business endeavours, as he knows the skills he learned there transfer to his work ethic and motivation. He also likes to use his knowledge and expertise to help his community. Chuck has put 20+ years of volunteering into his community, coaching the White Rock Renegades Softball teams and Semiahmoo hockey and White Rock baseball teams. He was also the owner of the Surrey Eagles in the BCHL for 10 years. He has a passion for youth and sports, and wants to help wherever he can to ensure kids are given equal opportunities and taught the life lessons he was lucky enough to learn through sport.
